vp999 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Verification Documents" refers to the CNIC, proof of address, or payment method documentation required by vp999 to verify your identity before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole account currency on the vp999 Platform.

2 Eligibility

By creating or using a vp999 account, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• Are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• Are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of vp999 or any of its associated game providers, and are not an immediate family member of any such person.
• Have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or suspended from the vp999 Platform or any affiliated service.
• Will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at any point when vp999 requests identity verification.

vp999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If verification reveals that a User does not meet the eligibility criteria, vp999 may suspend or permanently close the account and handle any remaining balance in accordance with the verification outcome.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold exactly one vp999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. vp999 uses CNIC verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to identify and investigate potential duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, vp999 may close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vp999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-step verification codes with any third party. vp999 will never contact you by email or telephone to request your password. Any activity carried out from your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact vp999 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration and keep this information current. Providing false name, date of birth, CNIC number, or contact details constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, in addition to any other legal remedies available to vp999.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at vp999 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). vp999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB, and USDT. Available payment methods may change from time to time and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• All deposit transactions are subject to a minimum deposit amount, as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically credited to your vp999 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your account balance, depending on the processing time of the relevant Pakistani bank.
• vp999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name, matching your CNIC details.
• vp999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside vp999's control.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming on the vp999 Platform. vp999 is not a financial institution, and your account balance does not earn interest.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your vp999 PKR balance are subject to the following conditions:

• CNIC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• vp999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus-derived winnings remain subject to any applicable wagering requirements before they form part of your withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• If an account is suspected of fraudulent activity, vp999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

vp999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) before the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a 1,000 PKR bonus requires you to place 30,000 PKR in total wagers before withdrawal).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates for each game category are specified on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.

7 Gameplay Rules

• Game outcomes on vp999's slot and table game products are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by licensed third-party providers. vp999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical dealing and spinning equipment in licensed studios, streamed to the player in real time. Technical malfunctions during a live game session are subject to the void-bet policy of the respective game provider.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is generated, the odds are locked in at the confirmed value.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vp999 Platform:

• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using coordinated groups to collectively exploit bonus terms, or placing bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk.

• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your vp999 account on your behalf.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Privacy and Data

vp999 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and identity verification services as required to operate the Platform and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. 11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vp999 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the vp999 Platform.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

vp999's maximum aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to the Platform in the six-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination

vp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that:

• The account holder does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• The account has been used in violation of these Terms, including any prohibited activity listed in Section 8.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or money-laundering activity has been detected on the account.

You may close your vp999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of standard verification checks. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

vp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered users via a notice on the Platform and/or an email to the address associated with the user's account. Continued use of the vp999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
